The extractable and in any position stopable roll top cover, the temperature regulator, the two heaters outside the bain-marie, the magnetothermic switch, the electrical system according to CE standards, are the fundamental elements of our stew & roast trolleys.
The roast version includes a cutting board with holes for the dispersion of liquids and two pods to contain sauces. The boiled meat version consists of two small pods with lifters and perforated trays inside to keep the meat always in its liquid.
